Buckler Land Systems Limited is a Nigerian defense solutions provider with strong expertise in manufacturing civilian armored vehicles, designs and prototyping of military vehicles and equipment. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Security Supervisor to join our team.

Position Overview

The Security Officer is responsible for overseeing day-to-day security operations at assigned sites, ensuring effective deployment and performance of security personnel. This role involves upholding safety and security standards, enforcing company safety and security procedures, and effectively managing incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and deploy security guards as per duty rosters
• Ensure adherence to security procedures and company SOPs
• Monitor access control, patrolling, and CCTV operations
• Conduct site inspections and handle security incidents
• Maintain reports, attendance, and incident records
• Coordinate with clients and local authorities when required
• Train and guide security staff on site requirements
• Assist the security manager in risk management, governance, and policy development
• Assist the security manager in providing clear business-focused security reporting to senior leadership and the board

Qualifications and Skills:

Educational Background: HND or Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminology, or a related field

Experience: A minimum of 2–4 years of relevant experience in the security industry or a related role. Previous experience with a security agency, such as the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Nigeria Police Force, Spy Police, or the military, will be an added advantage.

Operational & Technical Skills: Ability to manage shift operations, handle emergencies, and apply established security procedures, access control measures, and emergency response protocols.

Personal Attributes / Professionalism: Proven ability to work with senior leadership and manage complex security environments.
