Mr. Wemimo Ogunde (SAN)

Mr. Wemimo Ogunde is a Senior Advocate of Nigeria and former Attorney General of Ogun State, with over four decades of experience in legal practice, public service and corporate governance. Called to the Nigerian Bar in 1983, he has held significant leadership and advisory positions across the public and private sectors.

His experience includes serving as Attorney General of Ogun State and as a member of the Presidential Committee on Police Equipment Fund. As Chairman of Buckler Land Systems, he provides strategic oversight and governance, supporting the Company’s growth and long-term institutional development.

Major General Bamidele Ogunkale (Rtd)

Major General Bamidele Ogunkale (Rtd) is a Nigerian Army engineer and defence industry professional with over three decades of experience spanning national defence, engineering, defence manufacturing, strategic leadership and public-sector management.

During his military career, he held senior leadership and engineering appointments, including Director of Army Works. He also served as Director General of the Defence Industries Corporation of Nigeria (DICON) and played a leadership role in the Defence Industries Association of Nigeria (DIAN).
His extensive experience in defence industry development, engineering, strategic planning and national security provides valuable insight into Buckler Land Systems’ mission to strengthen indigenous defence manufacturing and develop locally relevant mobility and protection solutions.

He is a Chevening Alumnus and graduate of Military Vehicle Technology from the prestigious Cranfield University/Defence Academy of the United Kingdom.

She began her career with KPMG Professional Services as a Compensation and Benefits Consultant, advising organisations across multiple sectors.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Demography and Social Statistics from Covenant University, a Diploma in Human Resource Management, and an MBA from the University of South Wales, UK. She is a Certified Professional in Human Resources and a member of WorldatWork Society of Certified Professionals and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
